How do I get started with secloud?
Book a short demo and we will set you up on a few devices so you can see remote erasure, certificates and lifecycle management running on a real fleet. You can also start a trial and keep every certificate you generate. When you are ready, sign in at dash.secloud.com.
Where do I find my erasure certificates?
Every erasure produces a tamper-proof certificate that is stored in your dashboard against the device it belongs to. You can download individual certificates or export them in bulk for an audit. Certificates map to GDPR, NIST, HIPAA, DORA and ISO reviews.
Which erasure methods and standards do you support?
We support more than ten certified sanitization methods, including NATO-certified erasure through ElimiNATO for the highest-security requirements. You can choose both the device and the method. For the full list of standards, see Secloud Elimino.
How does billing work?
You pay a variable fee each month, either per device registered or per erased disk, depending on the part of the platform you use. Invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 15 days. You can see the current prices on our enterprise pricing and partner pricing pages.
Can I erase devices remotely and in bulk?
Yes. You can erase any device from anywhere in the world, on site or remotely, one at a time or in bulk. You can also build erasure into your existing processes using our custom methods and APIs.
How do you keep our data secure?
We apply encryption, access controls and regular testing, and we process personal data as your processor under GDPR. You can read the detail, including our sub-processor list, on the privacy and data processing page.
